Standard Products

If you are not happy with your order, you may return any standard, non-custom product within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, provided that:

• The item is unused and in its original condition.

• You contact us before returning the item.

Please note: return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or we made a mistake with your order.

Cut Fabric Orders & Custom Made to Measure &

Orders that include cut fabric lengths or made to measure are non-returnable once the order has been placed, as these are made to your specific requirements.
However, if there is any issue with your order, please contact us directly — we will do our best to resolve the problem quickly and fairly.

It is the responsibility of the customer to provide the measurements correctly and we will make to those measurements. If you are unsure of how to measure please visit our guide or call us to discuss.

How to Initiate a Return
